What causes running Injuries?
Running is a growingly common pastime because it is a fantastic form of exercise, it makes people feel good, and it also has a big social component. Running's drawback is that it can impose a lot of stress on the body, especially if someone pushes themselves too hard (overtraining), uses poor form, or has insufficient tools (footwear). Common injuries sustained during running include:
