Whiplash

A neck injury called whiplash results from the neck moving back and forth suddenly and violently. This kind of injury typically happens in a car accident (MVA). The neck's muscles and tendons are stretched and torn as a result of the unexpected strain. Sometimes it takes a few days before whiplash symptoms become noticeable. Pain, restricted neck movement, skin discomfort, and headaches are common symptoms.
